Online purchase delivery service for Home Depot, Lowes or someone like that you would be the ticket. You would need to get a small warehouse to accept the freight from LTL carriers and then you would deliver it to homes. The home depot example is usually grills, sinks, patio furniture, tubs etc. Sometimes you need to assemble them at you place for delivery (more $$$) other times you just drop it off on the front door, sometimes you unbox at customers facility ($$). If you live in area with a lot of apartments you get paid. Also you get paid to pick up returns repacking etc. You can make a lot of money with all the accesorials that they pay you. They usually do it in 100 mile radius and award 3 year contracts. I would think that the population density in NJ you could make quite a bit.

If you'd like to drive my truck you certainly could, you'd just need to relocate hahaa.. thanks again. BTW Ive worked to get to this point, I don't mind working some more. I don't nor do I need hand outs or anyone to do the work for me. But I do appreciate quality advice and a little direction when needed. Thanks again

The majority of drivers here are not independent or there catfish with no CDL. If you live near a rail yard you can do power only intermodal or dry van anything that comes to the rail yard near you. Go to your nearest rail yard and see whos containers are there call the company fill out the carrier packet call talk to the company and ask for the freight. Check the load boards find a load that delivers in the local area book it and when you get to the customer ask can u book direct with them if not whos there broker that way you can atleast get a decent rate and no double bookings. Knock on doors. Google general mills p&gs all the big companies. It can be done. Buy more than one trailer some loads pick up one day and dont deliver to the next in the same city. If u find a shipper who is willing to let you drop and hook your own trailers you can pocket anywhere from 750 to 1.5k a day gross. Within 40 miles i wouldnt touch it for less than 400 per load

SEE! This is the problem! I HAVE NO FUNDS TO PURCHASE ONE! to run a business you need some working capital, just buying a truck is only about 10% of what you need, you said you got your authority, and other thing, that's great, your about 75% there! now you need some working capital! maybe some good advise? Would be, find a job, work and save for some working capital, and no! Credit cards are not working capital. Best of luck, but usually when I see someone saying "I HAVE NO FUNDS" it's will be hard to survive,
