394.3 today. After delivering in Nashua, New Hampshire, I Deadheaded to Watertown, Massachusetts for a 3 hr live load. Watertown is too close in to Boston for my liking. Made it to the Flying J/Penn 80 at Milton, Pa. Deliver in the morning 20 miles away. Starting tomorrow I will be running on recap. Yippee.

Does Crete mainly keep you in the northeast?

Hate to interrupt your thread but;as all I do is either go to CA or WA/OR in a straight line from MN and usually back in a straight line home (MN) 8-9 days out...choke and puke at home and do it again-what is that? I cant call it Regional...or OTR?:biggrin_2556:

    Like your threads xlsdraw...:biggrin_255:

I'd call it a Sweet Gig. Something that continues to elude me.

The only time I ever cracked 600 in the northeast was water runs from Maine to Buffaloish area. Well done.

I haven't been north or east of PA (Tunkhannock, specifically) in many months. I'm guessing my mini tirade about being an OH/PA regional driver might have gotten through, because it hasn't happened since. And I'm not complaining. For a change.

Just pulled a total of 120 miles on a 500 mile load that THEY wanted T - called at New Kingstown terminal. No MTS here and no preplan. First 7 loads have averaged 455 miles per load. SSB predicted such. I have now put Everyone on notice that the numbers must rapidly rise to what they were before.

All of 233.0 miles today and the privilege to overnight at a shipper that will not have load ready before my clock expires in 54 minutes. And this load including deadhead is less than 200 miles. Supposed to drop it also at New Kingstown terminal. Time to look into local work. At least then I'd make money on short sht.
