This rule ONLY applies to Anderson people, not all Terminals are the same. Alot of the team drivers take there trucks home at other terminals. As will I as I am from Paragould Terminal. Its mainly about where you are from. If you are out of Anderson terminal they do not take there trucks home.

I dont know if your trainers will be the same or not but my 2nd trainer is a Team Driver trainer. You will go out all week Monday through Friday and team drive. Don't ask why because I did not get a straight forward answer as I myself am ONLY a solo driver. I did not want teams because I cant sleep while someone drives. My first 2 days sucked because it was power naps like 30 mins even though I was off 10hrs and had 8 hrs or more to sleep, I just couldn't. After the second day of being like that your body will crash and you will sleep. But your dog tired from not sleeping for the first 2 days. Some people may like the Team driving thing but NOT ME..lol

No I am here at Anderson, IN. I am staying at Best Western Plus hotel.. So far Salester has been the best trainer I have had. I dont know if it will be your 2nd trainer. If your brother isnt a team driver then it wont be him.

Good info guys , strange that Anderson won't let you take the truck home but it is what it is I guess.

Very interested in to where you guys will be driving to , maybe a lot of the same routes over and over or do you think they will switch it up some.

So from what I have been reading I think I will need a physical and drug test before going to Sage school.
And then another easy physical and drug test when I start with Carter , not sure if I got this right.

Is there a certain place or doctor you have to go to or do you pick your own place.

Does Carter pay for first physical and drug test before school or how does all this work.

I thought I read on the web page that they give away cars and Harley's , have a lot of company functions like cookouts and stuff.
Don't remember seeing that sort of stuff with other companies. I feel like they may be a step above most places , s

Does Carter have cameras in their trucks ?

Yesterday we drove to the 3 different training lots and did backing and stuff like that. Different backs in real life situations. It was neat to see each one of us (there are 3) trainees getting better with each turn.

We started the day with oil light coming on. We went over to the shop and they diagnosed and fixed it in probably 10 minutes, then we were back on the road. It was a sensor going bad, btw.
