    I got back into trucking early last year, regained my CDL, and went with Swift with my eyes wide open. Sure the training and early solo pay was thin. A year into it and I'm on track for about $45K this calendar year.

    I got into this knowing full well that the first year or two would be boot camp. I didn't expect to be a major colonel right out of the gate.
