There are few shopping centers in the general area. I park there as out of the way as possible, when the security guy comes by i tell i have a del in a few hours. so far its worked.

As my former teacher who was a DOT officer whom could not help himself to tell all the ways people cheated the system. The PC rule is able to be used (with company permission unless you own the truck) as long as the tractor is bobtailed. I just had a level 1 and they went over my logs which included me driving PC over my 14 and they asked where i went I said read the notes they saw walmart and now I have my Sticker with no tickets.

I keep a copy of the Greenbook with me at all times with certain sections commonly confused and misunderstood (Yes, even by DOT / DMV Enforcement) earmarked for quick reference just in case. -
