I was hired with 14 over on my record in a car, but to be fair my was within a month of being past the three year point so most over looked it. Only got turned down by two companies...didnt loose sleep over it

This is humorous, but sad. Now he is a reckless scofflaw, but if he gets a sleazy lawyer that will pay off a diabolical judge, then he will make a stellar employee.....boy, have we sunk to a new low.....young man you did the right thing, and you will be ok. Crawling under the table only works for the moment....never long term.
This is a rhetorical question, so no one raise their hand, but who has not run 15 over at some point in their life........Kind of like when Jesus said "that the man without sin could throw the first stone......" -

Wrong my friend. At least in Ohio. 15 is wreckless driving and can throw your ### in slammer. Cousin is a highway patrol officer

Insurers know they're not called "driving habits" for nothing. If the typical truck drivers chooses to operate their truck any differently than their 4-wheeler, it's only to exceed the typical 4-wheeler level of obliviousness.
But I doubt this ticket is going to substantially affect your employment opportunities. There are only oblivious 4-wheelers entering the industry to choose from. -
Drivers are getting short again so you'll find something. Go talk to the Russians that pull Fed Ex out of Chicago, 15+ MPH over should be right up their alley LOL
