Well don't I just have the worst of luck delivered that load this morning and got to the qualawash in Saraland dropped the trailer and parked off to the side and decided to cut the truck off then back on to see if the starter was just caught up the other day and go figure it wouldn't start so 4 hours later they pull started me and got me to Reserve, La to get it in the shop but thankfully I did meet another new Schneider driver who we talked the whole time and he read my forum before going to join Schneider which glad my forum helped him pick, you know who you are not gonna say any names but if u get on just comment back

I cut it off to see if it would start back up and if not I knew Schneider would need to fix it cause I have gone to plants that don't allow u to idle so don't wanna get stuck at a plant lol

Glad to know that I was able to help out with that always good to know I helped a person pick their company and as u have read I have had my ups and downs with Schneider but like I said a while back u just gotta have a positive attitude about it all cause if not u might not make it anywhere, I am normally always positive plus with Schneider u gotta learn to ask questions cause it doesn't hurt to ask like for instance I got here to Reserve last night and found out a fellow driver I met a few months ago and ran into this weekend again he is here getting a brand new automatic cascadia so he told me his truck number that he is about to get out of and I asked my boss if I could switch trucks, she sent in the message and asked so now just waiting to hear back, if I get it then great if not then oh well at least I asked

Ya there should be some of the newer cascadias coming available. I've seen more than a few of the brand new white automatics floating around. They drive a lot smoother than the old century class and get better mileage.

Hope you get that "upgrade' firespock...!!!

I found out today, I'll probably end up with a Freightliner Century when I get back to Nashville... bummer...

... but happy to be getting onboard with Schneider Bulk and got to "earn me" a nicer tractor after I prove myself...

An auto is just like anything else, you get use to it. I prefer a stick but I have no problem with an auto. Honestly autos are probably going to be all there is in the future. Might as well get use to them.
