I do agree with DD. I think there should be incentives for better drivers. The playing field in trucking needs to be adjusted some. Real opportunities for advancement, other bonuses, stuff like that. Generally if a driver decided to come off the road and dispatch at the same company, he's back at the bottom of the payroll. Trucking is toxic as well. But the problem is, some of the people who get into trucking, well, some can be considered "undesirables". And the companies know that. Hell, go into an orientation at any company and you'll see what I mean. And I can't figure out how a guy who just left one job and going to another is totally broke. Can't figure that out for the life of me.

I am sitting at the Wilco here in Toms Brook Va. So if you are still around Front Royal or Strasburg I waved at you. I have to do my 10 here and head back to Rocky Mount Va. and pick up another load of windows and then head back out to deliver them. One by one I slide them windows off of my trailer and it seems that they never get any easier. I think they breed like rabbits.

Close one tonight...left houston for mobile and after i got east of baton rouge i couldnt find a parking spot anywhere after 9 pm....
finally had to park at the mississippi scales with 5 minutes left....
and btw.... SEC is growing... we opened a new yard in willston tx..going to build shop and facilities there..
we needed it to service an existing customer who bought out their competition and are giving us the freight...lots of california runs coming out of there i was told..
