Now were talking..Walmart has X hiring process Swift has X ...Walmart records everything in there stores so I assume they do in there trucks. I do think Swift could do better on there safety, and hiring. Plus I bet Swift has many many more tucks...

Yes it does actually. The case law to support this is very well established and easily understood by any 1st year law student.

There is a reason almost all surveillance cameras do not record audio. Take a guess why? That is where the wiretapping laws come in to play in the recording of the audio, not the video.

    drvrtech77 Thanks this.

Feel free to enlighten us and reference these cases. A member of my church is a Federal judge and would disagree with you.

Conversations you have in your home or your car are private. Conversations you have while on property owned by others are not private and there are no laws which say otherwise.

And yet it was a Walmart driver that recently was speeding through a construction zone and caused a fatal accident in NJ.
Is that a 'higher level of safety' because he was with Walmart, and not Swift?

By your statement you imply that certain carriers are less safe than others, when in fact it is only certain drivers.
I am not a less safe driver simply because I am a Swiftie, and I take offense at your implication.

You're the one making the claims here. So why don't you enlighten us? Almost every state and federal law is available online. Why don't post links to the exact text of said laws which prove what you claim is true?
