Made my 8am crane appointment in Ventura yesterday, only thing was crane ended up not showing up till 9:30. The boss there at Schlumberger and his crew welcomed me to their lounge, offered water and coffee as I took securement off, even brought fork lift over and helped pull flip up while the crane put the reel where it needed to go. Love dealing with folks like that. Called ahead on way up to Madera and they said they wanted me there at 5am this morning to load. 12' wide going to Denver. In Fernley currently, probably head to Wells or West Wendover tomorrow to park till Tuesday since Utah wont allow over 10' wide over holiday weekend

 

ya the place in madera is a bit off the beaten path, almost looks like residential area.

Just a heads up. Burning man is going on black rock desert. Lots of traffic. Just due north of you in fernley.

Scrap fork trucks to Detroit. I even found 3 more to put on as a revenue enhancer to the same place !!
