Well, what I say (when she can't hear me), "Once you go red, you'll wish you were dead!"

Of course, one time I yelled at her, she cried for 2 hours. Give me a break. At least you got divorced!

It is not about being a cool kid. For the record, I'm not a kid, but I do appreciate the compliment.

I was not poking fun at anyone. I was talking about the arrogant dim-wits that run Swifts orientation. I think that if they truely had the first clue on how to deal with situations, they would still be in a truck. Also, is there any honor talking trash to newbies in orientation? No.

By the way, this "newbie" is retired military. I have income coming in so I can afford to tell these dim-wits at one of the worst tucking companies that I don't have to put up with their stupidity. I drive because I like the lifestyle. The money thing is ok too.:yes2557:

LOL...Divorced wasn't the problem...replacing my house, shop, pickup truck,2 HDs,motorhome, 4wheelers,tools,clothes,dishes,best friends and everything else was the problem I ran into. And then she came back after she left and put an ### whipping on my girlfriend and kicked me in the stride when I tried to get her off of her. That was the first one.

The one I have now,I'd had all her crap I could take about 10 years ago and I told her to blast off...she moved out on a Mon. and by Fri. I had another one who was going to stop by.Just to get me over my grief ya know:biggrin_25525: and this one catches her as she pulls in the driveway and kicked her ### pretty hard(I didn't even know she was hiding out watching my place,I figured she had her own place and a week was enough time to mourn her moving out)....I tried to just peep out between the curtains and stay out of it,but she caught me looking and tried to put one on me too.She then told me ,and I quote"You are to #### stupid to live by yourself, get in the truck and let's go get my things"...She's been with me every since. The horror, the horror....Between her and that mean azzed daughter of mine mouthing me,I almost look forward to the day I need hearing aids.

I'm calling it has I see it in each of the swift threads you have made comments trashing the "drivers" not the management. People who you know nothing about and frankly have no more experience then your own self. But yet you try to talk and act has if you do. A.K.A cool kid mentality.

And has I sit here and look up at the shelf over my desk I see my old dust covered fruit ####tail with my old green military ID card behind it. Your not the only prior military personal out there so don't try to trump card it has that wont fly there are many others here. Like it or not your still a newbie to trucking the same has you was a boot when you first entered the military.

Edit) After going back over your other posts. Do you even have a job driving? First post on 03.15.2008 and you didn't then and this is the 4th of may. Or did you just jump on a bashing bandwagon? Because now I really get the impression that your about 23 to 25 pulled a four year hitch and then went to community collage for CDL training in order to draw on your G.I bill. It would be rather ironic if you was only in training with J.B., Snider, Werner, or not even driving at all with some of the comments you have made. Wait a second march 15th to may 4th right at seven weeks. Most OTR companies take 1 to 3 weeks to get to orientation three to five days of orientation and then you would have six weeks of OTR training 7 to 10 weeks there. You waited over 3 months from the time you got your CDL so the insurances companies will be giving problems at this point, very few companies that will hire you.... I think I just answered my own question there.

Yea its rather ironic that you make fun of swift drivers while being unable to do the same job yourself at this point. Good luck your going to need it we see your type come and go daily.

Yes...I had a freak accident in a rest area where I lost the hood on a near new 379exhd Chicken Cruiser......A freak in a Swift truck parked to the left of me drug it off as he was pulling out.Took the big ol' boxed end bumper and twisted the drivers side up and ruined the left steer tire and rim ,damaged a lot of steering parts and in a round about way cost me my job.(The owner was barely making it and while everything was being repaired and all the insurance bs was taking place,he gave up and PACCAR came and took her home to be with them.RIP).I just went and sat on a picnic table because I KNEW beyond a shadow of a doubt that if I saw him face to face,I'd go to jail.Another driver came over and I told him when the guy started my way to go tell him to stay in his truck till the cops got there or I would kill him.To this day I don't know if he had one day behind the wheel or 40 years and I never even seen him but for those 15 seconds he was outside the truck looking at mine...I'm still pissed about that and IMO they screw their employees eyes out and run the freight prices into the dirt. The last part,my dog ain't hunting as I haul equipment or cows ONLY.But it kills a lot of other folks and that bothers me for them. All a person has to do is read the comments in other threads about how they have treated their drivers and you know they can't ALL be lying. They run people that have as much business being behind the wheel as I would operating on somebody's brain.

IH,you wouldn't have been the one who drug my pony's hood off now would ya.:biggrin_255:.....EZ J/K

Naw I have an aversion to bending metal with my ride. I do work for one of the mills though (Even worse I'm one of the trainers pumping these slack jaws out). I was looking at the I hate the world threads here to see if my outfit was in todays top twenty. I saw your name a figured I'd take a peak. Didn't have you figured for a mill worker.

Naw...I came up driving the old way...Went work for an old,old school chicken trucker who chewed my ### real good one second and would tell me the secrets of the universe the next second.I've had other occupations over time, but I love trucks like a banker loves money and I always end up fooling with them again.

You've got more nerve than I've got I'll tell you that much....I couldn't sleep behind the best driver on the road, much less one of these peanut heads.I realize that everybody has to start somewhere and its a rough road to get going ,but man, some of these guys who post on here really need to find something else to go into.I'm not being mean about it,but this is a cut throat biz and if you don't have much between the ears to begin with it'll eat your lunch for you quick and in a hundred different ways.
