Glad I moved over to Poly Trucking

I'll be at Up North for the night tomorrow night. Has anyone stayed in a motel in the area? Wakota Inn is close by. Any recommendations?

 

From what I've seen on the web the Prostar inn is the cheapest ,
If you find a reasonable one please share the info.

Your post set my curiosity into motion looking for regional types jobs in my hometown.

I find there are many companies in my area that need drivers , and the pay is as good as Poly .
( and they have benefits to boot )

why do I bother with all this OTR drama when I can have regional drama ?

maybe when you've cracked up , you don't actually realize you've cracked.

 

...after being cracked for so long, it feels normal!

 

Does it come with traffic?

 

Rand has traffic but it works off of Wifi so you need a Wifi connection. I have not found a need for it. I can see when the traffic is clogged. Lol or you hear it on cb. Get off and gps reroutes you. It get me there and has never sent me down a restricted road or a low bridge.

 

In Pipestone, MN..... unloading then head to Up North for my 2 drop in PA.

 

Grabbed a motel one exit down from Up North. Leaving for Reno in the morning.

 

How is it ?

 

I saw a Poly truck yesterday at a warehouse I work local out of here in Johnstown, Pa. getting loaded, or unloaded. He didn't look very happy!!
