The Volvo makes me think it might be a Eastern European driver from Chicago. Maybe a solo driver on paperlogs doing team runs.

 

Not EVERY Volvo on the road is driven by a foreigner from Chicago (I see that assumption and/or example on these boards way too much). I drove a Volvo or two in my career, and I was born and raised right here.

As far as the photo goes, all I can say is, atleast the driver kept it on its' wheels and didn't hit anyone. Would guess they fell asleep or blew a steer.

Nah, he just had to take a piss. And in Utah, if a cop sees you take a piss, you WILL get a ticket. Guess this driver wanted to make sure that didn't happen. . .

 

Nice little quest. His door is open, and there's a car behind him. Looks like a shortcut there in the median section. Perhaps he went the wrong direction and wanted to turn around...
