So, for those following this thread, but not driving for Holland...
We got a QC message yesterday saying that the next time we go through the shop, they will be installing xm radio and satellite television in our trucks, and paying the subscription.
We already had access to xm, but had to pay for it ourselves.
Pretty nice perk. .Anonymousproxy, skibum_63 and mushroom1464 Thank this. -
mushroom1464 and Dark_Majesty_06 Thank this.

Somehow my XM had been working for Free Anyway.
BUT I lost part of the Antenna a while back...wonder if that means they are going to fix it...
lol -
Dark_Majesty_06 and mushroom1464 Thank this.

When I activated my xm, it came with a 90 day trial, perhaps that what it was.
-
It worked for longer than 90 days (until the antenna took a crap)
I initially thought maybe the previous driver forgot to cancel his sub. on that RID.
And when I called XM to check on it, they couldn't tell me why it was working. -
Most likely because the previous driver of that truck hasn't turned off the service, so he is paying it for you to listen. As for the Antenna, The XM antenna is built into the shell of the cab. No external .
