    Yes and no

    we have head haul , and Back haul rates into specific areas and in most cases it absolutely does not pay to wait in the SNI SYSTEM because the regional rates typically are ballpark the same

    You have to remember SNI CHOICE is different than broker and Lanstar . We pull customer freight and not broker spot market stuff so you don't see much flux in the rates in most cases

    In general does SNI system pay more for shorter runs than longer (or live loads compared to drop and hooks)??
    If I could generate $3000+ gross on a 1500 mile weeks (7days), I could be a happy trucker plus have a low mileage truck after 3, 5 even 10 years.

    yes , but the shorter runs are just that - shorter , I've seen things in the $3.00 range for 120-150 miles
    and in the 5.00-7.00 range for 30-50 miles .

    The lives tend to pay somewhat more but depends on the region and market your in

    In 7 days if you couldn't generate $3000 something is bad wrong , I've done close to 4200 in 4-5 days here.. So your amount is easily made .

    in all honesty this week alone I leave out tomorrow ..

    TN to OK
    OK to OH
    OH to TX

    5.25 days $4289.16 gross

    I have figured I will net around $2700 give or take 50

    to answer your questions on LIVE vs Drops - that sequence only has 1 live load in it total . The rest are drop and hooks . Avg weight all combined is 31k

    I've used their headsets for years, including while I was flying for a living. They are absolutely marvelous, as are their in-home music boxes. According to a driver I talked to, their seats kill all the vibrations you don't even know are there until you turn it on -- yes, like the headsets, you turn on the vibration-canceling function.

    If I owned a truck and was going to stay in the business for a long time, I would buy one. It's $6,000 well spent to save your aging body.
