Saw a Crete driver do a 10 hour in fuel line last night. Took a cone placed it in front of his truck. Was there all night last and this morning. Wasn't broke down because flatbedder did same thing before him.

What a God awful week, First Eric the Midget dies, RIP, then my closing gets postponed??????????
I go to deliver my load Monday and I develop an air leak, most likely a warranty issue and not a quick fix at the nearby Petro, The douche at the International Dealer that told me they could work on the truck "sometime soon" well. I hope he ain't waiting for me as I told him I'd be back sometime soon.
I've got the air leak "Tyrone" rigged until I get a lot of free time.
Instead of sitting down and buying my land, this happened

So, maybe, sometime in the future, On my next home time, maybe I can actually buy the land I desire???? -
Hey tucker, sorry to hear bout the delayed closing. Went thru that. You could have just had the sheriff sell your place like he did mine. Lol. I hated living in an hoa anyways.
tucker Thanks this. -
On Monday I delivered a load in Morristown, TN...when empty I got a pre-plan from Clinton, TN to Ontario, CA. It was OHV tires and about 17,000 lbs. And a drop and hook on both ends. Good miles, not much work...gotta love it. I got it picked up and before I could get myself back down to I-40 I got a message starting out: "Good afternoon, James..."...this means only 1 thing...they want to get me to t-call somewhere, usually for a POS load that they can't find anybody else to do.
They wanted it t-called in Oklahoma City to help get a driver back to CA for a doctor appt. I said, OK I will do that...come to find out the load he has is a candy load, refused at McLanes in Temple because it was bug infested and being returned to the candy warehouse in Edwardsville, IL. I was wary they would give problems when I got there with it...but they took it in without a problem, I dropped it and grabbed an empty. Then I got the question from dispatch: "Do you have your hazmat?" I kinda hate that question, because I still have it. Turns out to not be a real problem though...it is a load from some dinky Illinois town to Lincoln for Friday. Some animal medications or something that have to labeled hazmat for some reason. I have picked up there before and the loads are usually very light. I just have to remember to stop at all RxR crossings....I will end up the week with a bit over 3,000 miles.tucker Thanks this. -

No homeowners assosciation here.
My realtor says, the lands mine, who knows, the bill for the surveyor is in my name. I told her that I'd be back in 3 or 4 weeks.
It's Ironic, as I'm the guy on the cb complaining about the 4 wheelers living in the country, with a neighbor 150 feet aways, commuting to work and jamming up the interstate. -
IF I get out of C&S here in Greenville, SC by 1545 (0945 appt), I can make it home before my 14 runs out. Then I'm taking 5 days off...been out 31, and I am absolutely dragging.tucker Thanks this. -
that's sorry, it should never come to that for anybody.Last edited: Sep 26, 2014
