ChinaTown>>> I checked with National Carriers and they won't take me cause i have a speeding ticket, was going 76
in a 55, said was going too much over, got it 3 weeks ago, only ticket i have in last 3 years! HO wolding will not accept me
cause of my work history, last 2 years gaps in employment, babysitted and have no taxes to show for it! Prime also denied me
cause of work history! I was a stay-at-home mom for years also, guess that won't look good either... Know of any companies
that will not deny me cause of work history? I want to make this a life-long career and want to find a good company that
i can stick with!! Also will my speeding ticket be a big problem for most companies? And anybody else that has helpful
INFO will be appreciated!! -

I've been volunteering for over a year at a local airport, but I'm thinking it will fall into "no tax information"
I've been wondering about the employment history criteria, wether they insist that one have BEEN EMPLOYED or simply want to verify your where-abouts means of surviving? If anyone could "link me" to the related regulation that would help alot.
Thanks

X#1 Located in Alabama and Virginwidow i haven't put in many apps yet but a few have denied me cause of my work history!
I think they should take into consideration stay at home mothers cause that is a full-time job!!Chinatown and virginwidow Thank this. -
Those are excuses for not hiring you.....not real reasons. But , you must really sit down and get your priorities in order. 1st get the CDL's , then concentrate on your training after.....there is NO short-cut to this profession , you learn by actually doing it. WHEREVER YOU WIND-UP , you're priorities must be learning how to do the job safely and adequately 1st....then worry about getting to take along riders and pets. Good luck in your search......

Thanks all and Chinatown it was not reckless driving, 76 in a 55 is 21 over... I thought only reckless driving tickets
would hurt me and is the only thing on my record!Chinatown Thanks this.
