in Oregon its 55 because of all the mountains, which makes no sense because its 80 through the mountains in Wyoming (yet 75 in the valley) -

What's the matter. It doesn't matter how fast others go. They go as fast as they want because they can. Also, they know when it's safe to do so. It's just five over which isn't much.

I go 62mph at all times when on the highway.
