You are driving slower than the speed limit and you complain about those who are able to go a little above the speed limit. I didn't see you complaining on here about the 4 wheelers flying by you at more than 70 mph you say the trucks are running and of course you know this by the max training you have had in radar and determining the speed of other trucks. When your rear ended in Texas doing 62/63 in an 80 mph zone what will you say then? Quit chastising the very people that may one day end up pulling your sorry ##### out of a vehicle that has been cut off or hit from behind because you are running slower than traffic maybe because that's your company's set speed. You sound like a complete whiner on here who has no other life than to complain about a brother trucker who may run a different truck than you. It is obvious you have never been in the military where you count on everyone whether you like them or not to save your #####. What makes you think that running 62/63 mph is any safer?
why don't trucks follow the speed limit?

I do it cause truck belongs to me and I do what I want.virginwidow, skootertrashr6, Diesel Dave and 1 other person Thank this. -
and yes I have been in the military, I expected to be the first to die and I didn't' really expect anyone to save me, so that's irrelevant,
if you rear-end me for doing 62 in an 80 that's YOUR fault, and you have to live with yourself.
unlike y'all, I wont have a speeding ticket, so it doesn't go on my CSA, leaving my CSA score cleaner than yours. and if I get a ticket for impeding traffic then my company goes to court with me.
I ask a question and I get attacked...wow
grow up,
or hang up yoru keys, if you're that immature then you shouldn't be driving -
Predictable
TwinStickPeterbilt, RubberDuck198 and Shaggy Thank this. -
I go 63-65 mph and get pass all the time, but the kicker is I don't give a flying monkey butt. I am just aware I am currently speeding ticket free. But FYI there are more ways to get a ticket than speeding op. Be safe
x#1 and streetglider Thank this. -
First off, I want to thank you for your ever so sincere concern about my CSA score. But what makes you think we have speeding tickets on our record. Nothing at all wrong with going 70 on a 65 conditions permitting and no more unsafe than going 60 when the rest of the traffic is moving at 70 to 75. I dont have a problem with you doing it, but the inattentive cell phone user might. I say for now, just worry about Jabber1990 trucking co. and we will worry about ours.
TwinStickPeterbilt, skootertrashr6, x#1 and 5 others Thank this. -
Nothing wrong with going a bit slower if that's what you're comfortable with and you're not causing havoc behind you but I don't see why you're so concerned with others going a little faster.
There is no law that made the speed limit obsolete but it's not exactly a big secret that a little faster is allowed in most places. -
Seems like every thread you start on here your crying about what another driver does... Mind your business and do your job the best you can... Who cares what other "grown" men do?Ukumfe, amiller, streetglider and 5 others Thank this. -
I do 53 in the number 3 lane and when super trucker, who drives his truck however fast he wants, jumps in the number 4 lane to pass me up on the right and he has a slower moving truck in that lane just far enough ahead to get back in front of me,I hammer down and watch him slow down and get back behind me all frustrated as I bring it back down to 53 and the stage is set to do it all over again..hehe..
Shaggy Thanks this. -
It's amazing how some people amuze themselves and sad.... I bet after you do that an super trucker signals for you to pull over to the shoulder your truck aint doing 53 no more your probabaly running 80 mph cause now you aint so badskootertrashr6 and Shaggy Thank this.
