I was wandering if all choice drivers see the same loads and or does Schneider manipulate what loads a driver sees?I have spent a great deal of time working out certain routes that pay well and keep them for a few months and then certain loads are no longer on the board. I really noticed a difference when I ended a 1 yr lease with them and bought my own truck.

It does seem that way. However, I have no proof.

knuckledragger Thanks this.

I'm really hoping that is NOT true.

Some have said that if they see a lucrative route ... well, they take it for themselves. Others have said there is a difference in the load boards between owners ops and lease ops.

I tested this with another Choice driver that had access to his friends' account, and that friend did not lease from SFI, he brought his own truck. We found everything was exactly the same, we tested different areas and different criteria and couldn't find any difference.

I enjoy driving for Schneider but if load board manipulation is true then it is wrong. If it is not true then it will make a better relationship with o/o's and Schneider.

Conecrusher, I have that same Question, me too have paid my truck off after a 1yr lease and I noticed that alot of lds that I use to do on the regular are either no longer avail or it's a live ld or unld on one end, I wish that I had an answer to this myself.
conecrusher Thanks this.
