    I ain't got nothing to hide except occasional pee bottle cause I'm not getting out my truck at 2 am to walk in and pee. Yes it gets disposed of properly.

    Well, I'll tell you this.

    One of my drivers were at a PA truck stop and well.. he was sleeping. A D.O.T officer was going around knocking on doors and unfortuautnley it happened that one of my drivers fell for it. He got out of the bunk and opened the door and what do ya know... officer said, INSPECTION TIME!

    Yes, He got a level 1 inspection in the truck stop and put him out of service for running over his 14 hours by getting out of the BUNK and opening the door, thus dropping him to line 4 "on duty/not driving". Yep, this happened and we fought it on DATAQ. It was removed by the officer's supervisor after three months and taken off his CSA record and our companys safety sms score.

    I hope you fought it cause its not even possible to go over your 14 being on duty/not driving you can be on duty not driving 24 hours straight if you want to

    no it didn't,

    all going to court does is prevent you from paying the fines, if you're found innocent it stays on your CSA

    its Total BS and a textbook definiton of bullying
