    A 15" radial seal filter is NOT to be had for 25 bucks.........CHEAPEST would be about 60.......average well over 70. Donaldson, Wix, whatever...about the same money.

    Okaaaaay.........for the average guy buying a filter that's not a realistic scenario.............and if you are a company hand.......why are you buying filters at all?????
