    Hello,
I'm new to semi trucks, just wondering why they don't have back up camera's?

    Thank you

Company too tight to invest in what is likely 70% of their accidents.

    Makes sense....doesn't it.

You can stick a web cam IP to magnet on trailer and view it on your phone.

    $50...

    Or pay $120 @ loves.

This topic comes up here about every 6 months. Lots of practical reasons why it's impractical.

I would own a back up camera for about 3 days, then drop and hook and be 600 miles away, set up to back into a spot for the night, and realize I never got the camera off the first trailer...
I think I'll rely on common sense.

    tsavory and imup4it Thank this.
