Exactly, I was trying to convey confidence, not ####iness. Sometimes my brain gets ahead of my fingers when typing & I lose what I'm trying to say, thank you for articulating that for me. I will indeed, be at the front of that line. Thanks for the tips & well wishes.

Please do not take what I said in a bad way. I am impressed with your driving skills by what you describe. Was just offering a little advice based on what you said. I have seen ####iness take my top driver (25 year veteran) out of the ATA national driving championships (and me out of a trip to New Orleans with him) by a bridge hit. 17' bridge, 2 vans destroyed. It all happens in a matter of seconds...
I wish you all the best in your career with Cooper.

No worries, I didn't take offense to your comment at all, I just wanted to clarify what I was trying to say. I am completely open to any and all constructive criticism and/or advice that you guys have for me.

I just started with Jack cooper and all i have to say it's the best decision I've made in my driving career. Comparing any other company to jack cooper it's like apple's and oranges . The benefits are great.

Right on, I'm in my second week of yard training. Glad to hear it's going well. I'm not disappointed with my choice either.

    Howdy Fellas,

    Does Cooper have direct deposit?

    How is their equipment?

    Thanks...

No direct deposit, don't know why! The equipment depends on the terminal, but West Chicago has newer equipment than some terminals. If thats where your looking to work. If your looking for a new rig you won't find it in Union Carhaul as a new employee. I would rather drive an older well maintained rig than drive a new Pete with someone like United Road and be gone for weeks at a time and have no pension. The pay, benefits and home time are hard to beat for an OTR job.

    skinnytrucker and crb Thank this.
