Just curious if you all know what's going to happen to the Sikeston mo yard? I still see some pullen trucks there but I've also seen lessors there, lately, as well.
Had some drivers from Pullen come over to my company in the last few weeks. If yall are ever in Sikeston for a day, gimmie a hollar. I think it would be a honor to meet the great Joe! Lol.

 

Sikeston is going to be a drop yard, those pullen trucks are being traded off. Hated driving those things back from lakeland

Sitting in a dock in Sikeston, Missouri. Load assignment shows live load but shipper has a different trailer partially loaded and waiting on the rest of the product to be manufactured. Delivers in Tampa Wednesday @ 07:00. Found out today that my dispatcher has left the company. So now I am without a dispatcher.

 

Xls you taking it all the way in or dropping on the yard?

 

Delivering I guess. Made it to the J in Dalton, Ga. Do I need to call the Florida planner in the morning concerning getting back rolling after delivery?

 

As I feared, no preplan when I got MT in Florida. Sitting at the Florida yard. The Florida planner is out with a health issue, so a dispatcher is attempting to handle the position. I addressed my concerns with the appropriate party. They will try to get me assigned to a dispatcher. Maybe things will smooth out then. I'm doing decent on miles so far at 3235 through this morning. Today is my 8th day. But I desire and am capable of doing much more. Still have 8.5 hrs left on my 70. I prefer to burn my 70 down in 6 or 7 days and reset.
