WHAT he added that last part abouy no names.
Anyways I took 6 years from pulling a 53' doing construction including pulling their trailers and driving their class b stuffthey dont deal with DAC had no problem getting back into it full time thats what the application and work history for they make phone calls.
Dont take all reviews to heart no talk to a few people from places like here read the individual company threads they are from ones that lile and dislike them both weigh in on your opinions.
Might get cops called but just tell them your job hunting and wanted some less advertised companies show them that you just got company names and numbers its not illegal. We are rolling billboards
why is turnover so high?

In my experience A lot of turn over has to do with Bait and Switch. A company will try to sell you on decent CMP and high miles and when they cant deliver people move on. Same thing with the Dollar accounts that chew through noobies like a chainsaw. Sell you on the money and never explain the cost.

Removed no need to be keep any of it going

I wanted to stay alive and wanted my kids to have a living dad, so I quit that job.
Not bitter at all. Just had enough and my experience was bad enough to put me off driving.
Not a big deal, like you said.
If I sound conflicted, it's because I am, mostly on account of the bad experience and now not even wanting to get in a truck again.
I'm pretty disappointed, mainly.
But when you're set up to fail, not even your best is good enough.
And by fail, I mean run outlaw. That's not how I roll.
Running outlaw was more stressful and difficult than any other part of the job for me.
At least I got out of there with my CDL, my life, and my integrity intact.
If that's how trucking is, f##k trucking.
Edit: Btw, I was grossing 47 cpm with increasing mileage each week. It wasn't about my weakness or money -- it was about integrity. -
You worked for some shady companies if you made to run illegal and so trucking is no good thats like saying I had a pizza hut that gave me the ##### so pizza is no good but hey its all good you decided you dont want to truck and if to be more than a steering wheel holder you have to want and love to truck. It is not for anyone and most find out its not as easy as it appears. Long hrs, lots of solitude(and most find they can't stand to hang out with theirself), lack of time for family and friends ( miss lots of important events you will NEVER get a chance to see again).
