    You basically got fired for accident frequency. Eventhough they were not DOT recordable, 3 minor accidents in a short time span throw red flags in safety s and insurance company eyes. They fear the next one may be the major accident so they re taking the pro active approach

    Truckee, your poll indicates you want to get into oil field work. Have you considered that "incidents" in the oil field can have much more serious consequences than OTR? If I were in your shoes I would consider a job that would mitigate the hazard. Get some incident free experience under your belt.
