The air and fuel have to match that's why when you put it to the floor nothing happens. You will never see it smoke because it has to burn every drop to pass emissons.

I have a c13 in mine, was 470 stock but put in a 430 file from across the pond, experimented with fls fts fuel settings and went with 30 fls and 40 fts
It did not like the 500 program at all that haney uses
and set the boost mod on 3 (adjustable one off ebay)
pyro runs perfect range, coolant and oil run cool, no turbo lag and i pull a pot loaded at 80-86k and average 6.3 with no power issues, it pulls better than my 3406 did by farTruckerTW Thanks this. -
NOW 995K,MPG @6.8 IS LITTLE BETTER BEFORE CYLINDERPACK AND TURBOS CHANGE,(MAYBE 0.3-0.4 better before CYLINDERPACK and turbo change I'm very Happy with this Engine and mpg speed @ 68,now engine use between Oilchanges (13600 miles- 1/4 gallon extra Oil)

Now 1M 8k.engine runs good.mpg@6.6=7.3 speed@68. Last oil change no extra oil.maybe Chris mas rebuild head and injectors
