    Hear you, there.

I'm definately a freeze baby. Anything below 65 I'm getting cold. And, I'm originally from Cleveland! Never readjusted from the times I lived out west.

Too dark, too cold, for too #### long!

Agreed...65 I'm freezing. My husband, on the other hand, thrives in cold weather.

Thanks for the insight on the luggage. Hopefully it won't take up to much room

Man.....you'd get along great with my co-driver. I swear he's part eskimo. (Actually, he DID live in Alaska for a bit as a child, so...... LOL!)

    Take's some compromise, for sure.

Oh, and don't worry. You'll both get to see -20/-40 soon enough!

And.........I ain't talkin' 'bout no wind chill, either! :biggrin_25523:

Would a large locker bag be sufficient?

I found myself ditching about half of the gear I initially took with me after my first bit of hometime. You don't have much room on someone else's truck. Be efficient with it.

I took a larger duffle bag. My backpack with my laptop and a sleeping bag. My instructor waspretty generous with the space he allowed me.
