Frm class B to class A

Hi drivers. As you can tell I'm new to trucking although I have driven for FeEx Custom Critical(OTR) for 1 year. Thought it was time to move up, so I went to school(160hrs.) got my class A license. I've been doing my homework and I'm looking at 2 companies, (Super Service and US Express). I live in Queens NY and do not mind staying out 14 with 2 or 3 home. I also know the starting pay will be low cause I'm a newbie.

I had to leave FECC for 2 reasons; 1-- 3 or more weeks out with 1 week home
2-- flat rate truck(only 20% total)
The 3 weeks out had to stop due to my dad's health. I'm the only child, so that means I have to do things for him. But he knows that I have to make a living. which brings me to the next reason.
The 20% of total load was no longer cutting it. I watched my pay gradually decrease in a year.

There is no such a thing as a perfect company to work for. Sooooo with that being said........

Thanks Chinatown. I already applied to NFI but they said I don't live close enough to them. I have to be within 50 miles of their terminal.
So i'll try Watkins-Shepard.

Well I just completed yet another on-line application, now to play the waiting game. (not good at it).
I saw that Roehl add before, I'll check it out again.
