    Well, as I'm thinking about our pending cruise coming up in 2 weeks, I got to play in the seasons first snow fall across oklahoma. 40 from the 240mm to the state line was a complete and total mess. Traffic was real light, that was because all the cars where in the ditch upside down. We shut down at the 101 to allow Mother Nature to take care of the clearing process, seems as how the state wasn't able to.

    Maybe it's just me but it seems like more often these states forget how to be winter ready

    I remember vividly growing up in michigan that they would be throwing salt just based off the forecast. Now days they wait for the roads to be impassable.
