Im entertaining the idea of driving for an oilfield, been thinking about it for a few years.I have 4 years of dry box experience,3 months of heavy haul,6 months of step deck with a clean record. Can somebody forward me some information I need in order to start looking around?Im currently based out of virginia but Im willing to relocate if need be.The only place I have ruled out is North Dakota.Moving to a new area can be easy for me.
Im just starting out

Good luck to you! -
So like you ruled out North Dakota,so that pretty much only leaves Texas,Montana,or Canada.

You might give this company a call in WV
I work(ed) for them in Midland Tx.
I'm now moving frac equipment for their sister company. When they set up or move a frac site we provide drivers.

We live in the Midland TX area and the oilfield industry is dominant here but housing can be very expensive so look into it first. Most companies put their employees up in hotel or dorm type setting but that was not an option for our family including 2 parents and 4 kids.
