Excellent point street beater. Thankfully, our family has managed to just keep our debt to an affordable mortgage payment, and that's 'good' debt. We don't live in one of those 400k houses without furniture in the living room. My wife is able to stay at home with the kids, we support ourselves by my linehaul gig, and we can save around 1k a month. It's all about sticking to a budget, saving for the future, and living meaningful lives without the 'stuff' taking over. I'd rather retire early than have to work longer to pay off a little mansion.
1k/week net, local, weekends off

I work 6 days a week, usually making $230-320/night hauling fuel. I bust my butt to do that. I've had one check I netted $1,004, but they usually hang around $800-950 depending on how hard I want to work.

Tankers Tankers Tankers. I haul dirty water 6 days a week and net 1500 to 1800 before taxes. Very easy work and the guys who haul fuel are alot more. Just my .02 but we run all Northeast.
