Referral bonuses

I know Averitt does a referral program and lots of our associates have collected the bonus. Now as a source of income that I cannot say, but I know we only get the money after 6 months of that person working within the company. For me, it would be a good supplement for Xmas money, but that's about it.

 

I haven't, yet. But then again I haven't been around long enough to know what makes a "good driver."

SNI has their own program, can't seem to link you to their program page on it, but they pay only if a person is officially hired. They also, if I recall right, pay for every 6 months to a year they drive safe.

When I was leased I got a guy signed on (kinda accidentally-was with another outfit that hauled the same type of stuff to the same places, I asked what kind of money out of curiousity and told him he was getting screwed...he asked for a # n ended up coming over) they had the bonus at $1000 at that time of year...after 3 or 6 months I don't remember they sent me a check minus all the regular deductions $850 something I think

 

Danny Herman has a good referral program. Last year 3 drivers collected more then 10k and one driver collected 15k in referral money

 

Always makes me wonder if the person I'm talking to honestly thinks the company is a good fit for me, or if he's just trying to fatten his wallet.

 

Prime drivers can make more in referrals than they can driving.

Not a rumor, it's fact.

I drove a lease truck for a year, with no payments.

That was my bonus for having the most referrals in one year.


Why do you think they fight over the new drivers on here ?
