Ahh yes the wonderful Northeast Region

I can't even remember the last time I was in the northeast. Sometime in October. But I just gave in a booked a load to front royal, va for next week so I just got suckered back in

 

Take a cheapy relay out to OH or down to NC from Carlisle and you're good to go. Sometimes you can get lucky and snag a Rubbermaid load out of Winchester that weighs like <5000lbs up to Macedonia OH that pays about $1.30. Not great but its so light and it's a short trip.

I'm headed up that way too. Atlanta OC tonight, Charlotte OC tomorrow then Carlisle the next day if I go up that far. Haven't found my exit load from the Winchester area yet.

 

Sitting in frigid Montgomery AL at the shipper for the night. Headed to ohio, picking up in michigan headed back down to MS, then up to VA

 

That's good to know guys. Being a midwest regional driver on the company I know the customers, places to park, when they fill up, etc. Also I would be able to swing by the house if I need or want to. Since I just started the process I have to wait a while to see if I will get approved for the transfer if I do decide to make the switch (still have the dedicated offer to consider). In the meantime I'm leaving out on possibly my last trip on the company side Monday morning. Going to watch some playoff football this weekend. Anyone but Dallas lol.

 

Ya VA is definetly NOT northeast... Try telling a Virginian that he/she is a northerner...

If Virginia is the "Northeast" that makes West Virginia the mid-west.. ya know because it's in the middle of other states and west of Virginia. lol
