What's with the "biker crank"? See, that's the common perception of the trucker, had to be high on something. But surely not the 4 wheelers.![]()
This is what happens when you don't SLOW DOWN in bad winter conditions

i like the comment "They make it treacherous to change a lane to access your ramp."
this is the one who rides the middle lane, 5mph below the speed limit and then darts across the right lane when he is 20yds before his exit
dog-c, Hammer166, Vilhiem and 1 other person Thank this. -
I'm with the 4wheelers on that comment. I went through Gary and the first 6 miles had accidents everywhere, but big belly big riggers continued to mash that motor. Whipping in and out of lanes. I truly don't know what the heck is going on in the minds of some of these cats, but it sure isn't the safety of themselves or the motoring public. Just say no to biker crack!!

Do you watch the dashcam vids from eastern Europe? That same mentality pervades the Volvo-heavy fleets based in the O'hare area. They aren't the only ones, and it's not all their drivers, but they are very well-represented in the fusterclucks that seem to occur in NW Indiana on a daily basis. I miss going through there every week like I miss the clap.SlowPoke44magnum, allniter, ironpony and 3 others Thank this. -
Is this just the wave of the future, 150 vehicle pile-ups? It's no wonder this country is going down the tubes, look at all the wasted time, and ruined freight, and lives.
There have been pile-ups since the time of horse-drawn carriages. These days we just have more vehicles going faster in mostly the same space.

Very interesting to see that fog has been the biggest contributor. Why would anyone try to drive when they can't even see. -
probably because fog doesnt announce its arrival, it varies in thickness
do you propose everyone stay home if there is fog in the forecast? -
Dinomite Thanks this.

that would be real safe, 100 cars lined up on the shoulder......if they can find the shoulder and not run into eah other -
