Who would want a regular mattress....?
Well... let me tell you that I have been sleeping on the floor since when I was a teenager... and that's the best for my back... :yes2557:
Every truck that I've driven, I got rid of the mattresses... :yes2557: Instead, I use a couple of sleeping bags and a couple of comforters...

    TruckDuo Thanks this.

Now I've heard it all - a cowhauler worried about a fancy mattress. As if you're actually gonna spend that much time on it, anyway. LMAO

I slept on top my sleeping bag for 18 months either on the sand or the floor of some building. I was skinny then and it wasn't bad really. Since I have become some what fluffy I gots to have my mattress. Maybe I'm getting soft in my old age who knows. I bought a 1500 dollar seat for my old ride and it helps. I use the heat sometimes even in the summer. I'm not against spending more than that on a mattress as long as it will keep me doing what I love to do.

I'll look forward to the warm south. Coz I know it won't be long before I'm back in North Dakota. And winter is far from over!!
I really like this Pete. It had 54 miles on it when I picked it up has about 30,000 on it now...I like the set up inside but it's a little short on storage.on the driver side the cabinet is below a desk with a control panel for the APU and the heat, alarm clock and microwave stand above that. The passenger side rear has a refrigerator down low and a clothes cabinet on top of it. Then there is a flat screen TV bracket on the passenger side wall with a little cabinet next to the tv bracket, little shelf above it.. then there's a shelf above your head when you're laying down, big open cabinet...I can try and take a pic if you want.

Not open on Sunday anymore. I got washed out here Thursday or Friday I can't remember the days got to running together on me. It was about 230 or 3 Saturday when I got here and they were rolling the door down while I was getting fuel. I shoulda went there first instead of the fuel island. But it was empty and you know how quick a fuel island fills up
