Omg!!! I am out of the "secret hog farms". Ya would of thought it was espionage.

Took my sweet time driving down US-65. Springfield. pickup. Whopping 4,800lbs. Gonna kick it off in the a.m hopefully. Darn crates weigh more than the product.

Maybe texarkansas will be warmer...

Hey, does anybody here know of a FREE place to park from Saturday afternoon till Monday morning not very far from Edison, NJ? I will be coming from west on I-80 and it seems there's ABSOLUTELY NOTHING after I pass that stinky TA in Columbia... I HATE NEW JERSEY....

 

Yes... I'll have to wait till my next 34 reset to read the last several pages too...

 

BTW, was loaded here... in CO this morning...

Well did what they said or I didn't think could be done 45 minutes b4 appointment and after taking the30 minute 8 hour break deal. If my biceps weren't so big I'd pat myself on the back. Also seen some (stones)sitting at the eastbound rest area after council bluffs.

Stlll have an hour left to roll after they take these 3 pallets off. May just take break at the J in Gretna. They are Already finished so let me pay the man and continue in a westerly direction. Roger Beeeep!!

Haven't personally needed to stop there, but a scan of my Truckstops Pro app shows two Walmarts reasonably close. The better looking one is I-287 exit 6 Piscataway. WM and Lowe's sahring a huge parking lot and some trucks backed in on the Lowe's side. The other is at exit 2 in Edison, shares much smaller parking with a Costco. Judging by the warehouses in the area, I'd be suspicious if that one even permits truck parking, although the satellite view does show a truck on the lot.

Maybe someone else can verify whether those are worth a stop.

I'll tilt my hat to a super duper who I look up too, and you a little on the ancient side so that's 2 extra stars. I don't know if I'll ever be Hollywood like the Cranky Yankee.
