We go through that area often. Smithfield plant in Tar Heel is a big shipping point, bit there are a few others too. We have a few drivers from NC working here. Won't be a problem at all.

I live in Raleigh myself. No problems getting home. Smithfiel packing in Clayton, Clinton and Tar Heel, and the WalMart DC in Henderson.

Where you looking to go to school? I was an instructor at Carolina Trucking Acadamy for a short time.

 

thanks to you as well for your help. Looking to go to school sometime this year. Was looking into Johnston community college in smithfield. Been told that they have a good program. Jus in the process of saving up now but also getting things in my personal life in order. Studying truck info everyday still though to stay sharp on my knowledge. I stay right off s.saunders st, near the sams club. Not far from the carolina trucking academy school, i see they trucks all the time on the road lol. What area of raleigh are you near?
