I've been looking into it for a couple of weeks now, I'm going to take my time and do my due diligence in hopes of landing in as good a situation as can be had. There are still lots of companies hiring and with my experience I expect I'll probably mostly have my choice of where I want to go. Trying to decide if I want to go hourly or commission right now, seems like commission is more susceptible to rate cuts than hourly. I'm surprised how many companies still pay hourly rates.

They have alreasy mentioned some cuts they will be making but nothing yet that will affect us. They MAY look at cutting out the provided housing or paying for the drive time to drive to/from San Angelo but it hasn't happened yet as far as I know. I think if they do that then they will lose some drivers. If they do, that is just more work for my husband and I. We are going to stick it out and see what happens all the while keeping our fingers crossed!

    Really?
You would rather make 380 than 1100?

Someone told me in 2012 that if the oil went below 50 bucks a barrel, it was all she wrote for the fracking boom.

Are you saying they pay drivers to commute from their home in San Angelo to the yard in Big Spring? In their personal vehicles?
