Usually the amount is on the ticket along with where to pay the ticket..
As far as CSA points... the thing is.. the less driving experience you have the more points you get... so, a driver with less than a year gets hit harder with points then a driver with 2 years.. and a driver with many years will fare better.. -
Never been overweight comin into or leavin Cali, we know better..
The ticket shouldn't be over $500, I'm guessin.Moussette Thanks this. -
I have never heard such!!! First off, overweight tickets do not generate points on a driver's CSA.
2nd, please quote or try to tell us, exactly where in the regulations or in any law for that matter, where years of experience will lessen points that go on a driver's CSA? I would really love the source of your information.imup4it, FatDaddy, ampm wayne and 18 others Thank this. -
The officer told me it will effect my csa score just won't go on my license as far as experience he never said that but I've had my cdl for over 6 years but only been driving otr only for a few months

I think you're misunderstanding how CSA points work. They are not based on years of experience but instead on the age of the infraction. An infraction has more point value in the first year than in the third year.Joetro, Moussette, 123456 and 1 other person Thank this.
