You can get it from the Google Play store.

About an hour from me. I usually take 321 down to 85. I am off exit 41 on I-40 and about 6 miles in. You should swing by for a visit...

Is there a way to loop the dash cam to keep rerecording over a set time frame so it doesn't use as much memory and be able to stop it in the event of something you want to save? I did a few short recordings with it but didn't see anything like a loop

Oh and I'm in NC too!

Have not done that loop yet. Looks like it an interesting road for a road trip. I would say 2.5 hours from me.

that's what I mean, see where it has the interstate badge for I80?, WAY bigger/easier to read on the 720

the screen is not as .... snappy or responsive as say my samsung S5 or my wife's Ipad, not a dealbreaker, i'll cut it some slack because samsung and apple have literally the BEST most responsive screens that exist and this is RM's first offering...

Next issue, dont even think about putting the antiglare protector on unless you are in a sterile environment, you just end up with specks of dirt/dust underneath that make air pockets, (I cleaned gps face, pulled off plastic on protector, immediately applied it, it was not set down, did not touch anything other than the face of the gps) without it I have to cap brightness during the day and dim for night, this seems tedious, but without a new protector and sterile environment thats what I'm stuck with

with this on, the already somewhat slow to react touchscreen becomes very difficult to use as a tablet and under the air bubbles impossible to use with any accuracy

the dashcam works and works decently, I hade to force quit the app because it would not let me stop the recording with the square red button, but unfortunately for me, I like my GPS up high, and tilted about 25 degrees from perpendicular to the length of the truck, and tilted down towards me, (not 0 air in the seat, but not far up either) this means it doesnt even catch my passenger side spot mirror that goes about the hieght of say a peterbilt 379 bug screen (my KW t600 bug screen is about the height of a square nose long hood's hood (not including bug screen)

so far so good, routing seemed a hair better than the 720, last map update about 7 months ago?
magnetic mount, unless i am poking the right or left edges very hard* it wont pop out, I cant put it QUITE as high as id like otherwise it would bounce and hit the ceiling and fall if there were a big bump,
(*bumpy road, searching for ts along route, has happened MANY times on my 720, will have to be 2xs as careful with this thing)

tablet portion works well, I prefer the way the samsung UI works, but thats just whining im sure, not sure I prefer the android launcher over the RM launcher (style) but in the RM launcher I wish i could get rid of the whole page dedicated to the RM widget

wishlist item - I notice a lot of the tethering seems like the architecture is designed to share FROM the tablet, 4g lte capabilities native to the tablet would be a godsend, I HATE having 2 devices (phone + larger) in order to do anything on a bigger window for the internet while im in the truck, it's just annoying

will check back in in a while with other thoughts

Thanks for the feedback..

Hint, on the RM home page, swipe (right side) to the left, long press on an unused part of the screen, the screen will reduce, press configure (bottom right), press top Launcher, just once/always - does not matter which, press Truck widget settings, press on the boxes - lets start with the left. , a shortcut list will pop up, press applications to get a full list, click on an app you wish to place here. For example, press clock, now the clock will show in the left box, do the middle and right the same way, when done press save.

Now swipe to the right and press the middle icon at the bottom, (looks like house).

You can set the bottom three widgets to any app that is existing or you have installed.

I found the IPad Mini (glass screen) fits pretty well. I had them install it. I got some "air" under one corner where it did not press all the way, but so far no issues with any part of touching and the screen responding. This will protect the display screen in case of it being hit.

I will not compare the differences as stated for the TND. That is a choice you will have to decide.
