Company. I'll try again in the morning and if it doesn't work again, I'll start making calls. Is there a direct number to the fuel desk that you by chance have saved somewhere handy?

send another mac 27; and if it tells you the request was too early send a message asking them to reset your fuel. Your fuel stop will expire given a certain amount of time so if you are on a long trip keep sending mac 27's daily.

    McCauley Thanks this.

You need this one, its 24/7/365... ANY problems with fueling, comdata, etc., call the fuel desk first. It's faster than dealing with comdata through a truck stop fuel clerk, and they'll fix your problems the right way.

Here's one for ya. Ive seen fueling issue SNAFUs on here and I thought I'd put it on here as well.

Night I was fueling up and I kept my card open to purchase additional items indide. I went in and was attempting to put four small bottles of antiGel ( I know there are going to be people with wild ideas of antiGel who will want to comment)

they ey looked at the bottles and then looked at me and were like "I don't know you might just have to take just one."

They (very patronizingly) said "let's make sure you're allowed to buy it."

the tapped away at their register and the purchase went through.

Was as I glad to get away from them.

    Been there.......experienced that.

But, I do understand where the attitude comes from. I've seen way too many other driver's in front of me in line unable to get authorization from their companies for needed essentials. Way too crazy of a concept for me to wrap my head around & would never put up with that.

Just another reason I'm so greatfull to be working with a company that actually gives a crap about us. :biggrin_25514:

What gets me is when you leave it open and the clerk closes it so you can't pick up additional items. "your not approved for that" Well, I am when I get it with my fuel. Did you close it? Is there some reason you think I don't need washer fluid? It's usually a TA.

As a company driver will Prime allow you to have them pay more towards your perdiem pay than your wages so that at the end of the year you do not have to do an itemized deduction to make up any perdiem shortage on your taxes so that you would be able to take the standard deduction.

I seriously doubt it. Might be a bit difficult to achieve that $59.00 exactly.... How bout that SS Tax with more going towards PD......
