Wouldn't be so quick on the sox deal--although they are one of(the few)teams NOT on his no trade list--picking up almost 100mil left on his contract--is no doubt the reason he is still in Philly....
As for A-Roid...I know the yankees have listed him as this years DH starter...I'm really goin to be surprised if he breaks camp on the roster...there are a number of ways they can keep him out and NOT have to pay him...we will just have to see how it plays out...I have a pretty good idea what they are planning to do--but Ill hold my tongue for now...
and the ONLY folks that want to see him still in the game are the Rangers--cause once he is Formally out of baseball--the owe him over 40mil in deffered salary--payable in an untaxed LUMP sum...

As a Yankee fan I have all but excepted the fact that 2009 was it, its over....The boys just don't have that same passion for winning that The Boss had..

As for A-rod they will keep screwing with him until he quits IMO..

I hope he doesn't I want them to pay him all he has coming..

Arod is too stubborn to quit. He could have just rode off into the sunset after his suspension so I have a feeling he's gonna take whatever they throw at him and smile every time he goes to the bank.
