PM me and I will get an E-Mail. I can remote into your computer and look at the Dock and your TND.

    Thanks,

wp_20150221_22_22_13_pro.jpg System file missing call customer support error after updating rand McNally 720. It is the weekend and no one will answer. My device was working fine before trying the update. I'm so mad right now because I need this freaking thing to work now and what promised to add features and ease of use ended up breaking my device. Diagnostic and repair finds no errors. This is the most recent update that requires an sd card of at least 8gb. I had a 32gb card already installed before the update. I've tried everything. Anybody have an idea about how to fix this now?

when I did mine, I did the map update first and only, worked great and gave me most of the new features without any problems, i didnt even bother with the "device update" fwiw

If you do an ungraceful disconnect from the computer (pull the USB cord out) sometimes it will pop this up as the unit did not boot correctly. Press the reset on the back and see if that helps.

I will be home about 5pm est if you wish me to remote and look into this.

Usually this is a Navi/bin or NaviMaps error that did not see a file correctly.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Should also do the regular update as it will move files to the TND based upon the mapset.

    Thanks,
    mark
