    Thank you my friend... :biggrin_25519:
So far... so good... Took cab to shuttle van and left Chattanooga, TN at 14:00. No traffic jam going thru Atlanta... :biggrin_25519: And arrived at airport early... :biggrin_25519:
Seems TSA folks are not requiring anybody to remove their shoes any more... :biggrin_25512: And TSA check in line went pretty fast... Lady watching the luggage x-ray monitor didn't seem to be paying much attention to it... And I didn't see anybody in my line going thru body scan machine... :biggrin_25512: I could have hidden a bunch of stuff.... :biggrin_2559:
    Anyway... now I am here....

All the food was loaded in the plane...

I brought with me two tofu lasagnas from "home", one apple and energy bars... The meal they give in the plane is an ABSOLUTE JOKE... :biggrin_25523:

Ok... they will start loading folks in the plane soon... Departure will be at 20:00 east time.
Will try to surf online after plane takes off. This is the first time I am taking my laptop with me and hopefully will bring it back...

The 76 is a solid aircraft ms rocks. Above average safety record. Got a little seat time in one but not enough to say I'm experienced on it. You'll have a good flight.

Hope you have a great visit with your dad. We'll all be looking forward to your return.

Hey... maybe I would have passed thru TSA with all that today... They are not requiring folks to remove their shoes... lady watching luggage x-ray monitor didn't seem to be paying much attention to it... and maybe body scan machine wasn't working cause I didn't see anybody in my line going thru it... :biggrin_25512:

And also, this time nobody asked me if I was the one to prepare my luggage and if I was with my luggage the whole time, yadayadayad... whatever... :biggrin_25526:

Ok... they will start loading the plane with passengers in about 35 mins...

tsa aren't real happy campers right now lol they know if the congress actually does have the balls to defund homeland that they're getting ready to be required to show up for work for the next few weeks to months with no paycheck. 'Essential personnel'. Heard a bunch of them whining about it on the radio today. They knew what they were getting into to get those benefits in the end. No sympathy from me. Most of them supported and voted ( through goading from their union ) for the root cause of it.

    RedForeman and Rocks Thank this.
