Well I guess we now know who JCT wants us to fuel with. LoL no more nickel back at Love's but we will get 8 cents back from Peelot and the J. Of course this doesn't take place til the 1st of March.

Wally World be gettin' stupid. As a former forklift driver at a Winn Dixie grocery plant, I totally get the need for preventing premature pull out (did I really just use that expression in a trucking forum?) and dock safety. But, I mean drop and hang out in b/t staging til they call you, then paperwork in hand (how many signs are there, and the Guard and CRO clerk tell you that how many times - every time?) before hooking back up is pretty idiot-proof. Really makes you wonder how thick skulled a driver had to be to mess that up.

I hate that for you Macho. Good news is you didn't kicked outta ALL Wally Worlds. That might have cut into your pocket. Being barred from one Richard-Cranium DC, ain't bad and at least you didn't take a hit w/ JCT too. I don't know about them standing up for us w/ Wally World, but maybe they will. It'd be nice. Be interesting to see, but I'm not hopeful. Wally World has the non-mega trucking industry kinda held hostage. I imagine there was a lot of Hell raised when they started charging a $50 unload fee for their own employees to unload grocery loads. We see how much good that did.

No worries. You don't have to sleep with him. He'll sleep anywhere. Well, with anything too to be truthful. Full disclosure might not be a good idea. There are 50 something shades of grey with those particular statutes of limitations. It ain't just Mexico we don't let Uncle Clyde visit anymore. Prolly best I leave it there other than to say Uncle Clyde was diverse before being diverse was cool. I'm skating on thin ice with the Motion Picture Association's Rating system at the precipice of a 90 mile 90% downhill here, so I'll Peace Out on that note.

One of the best places I ever delivered was Target's DC in Galesburg, MI. There, you drop the trailer at the dock and BT to the BT lot and wait. When they're done, the yard dogs bring the sealed trailer to you. Then it's on your way. No keys, no glad hands, no dock plates. And you can sleep with all the other BT's.

You might be right, but I suspect JCT doesn't care where we fuel since we pay for it. I think it probably has more to do with PFJ's negotiations and JCT abilities to negotiate price point, Jimmy Haslam's continuing to have to pay his way outta jail and the Feds milkin' that for every penny going back to as many current fuelers as possible before they fry him the day before the statute of limitations runs out and the recent activity there stretching out that PFJ pay even more and more settlements in negotiation AND Love's deciding the 5 cent rebate matching PFJ's, staying a penny under PFJ and offering a level up reward program that could get you a 4:1 point ratio was as far as they were willing to stretch to pull folks away from PFJ. When negotiating a "company" fuel price, there's not as much room as people think and leverage is all about historical volume with that vendor. However, even that reaches a concrete floor.

Still not getting the 5x reward thing from PFJ, though. Never have been able to see any more driver reward points on my card than a 1:1. No matter how much I fueled with them in a particular time. There was a little while last summer they were doing 2:1, but they ditched that in favor of "Shower Power". Any info on how I can get 5:1 on my PFJ points would be fantastic. Thanks in advance.

That was one of my main attractions to Loves and the level up. I got unlimited showers and refills (another coffee addict here) at Loves; cash price, the 5 cent rebate, them staying a penny under PFJ and TA/P ( cash price but no rebate from them and same price as PFJ - so no fuel for me from them given the rest of the playing field advantages), a 3:1 or 4:1 reward point level - but cash price, a 5 cent rebate (on a penny higher than Love's fuel), only 1:1 reward points (except during last year's 2:1 Summer promo), kinda a flavor of the day on a shower credits and a credit for my refills for the "Coffee Club" toward my 10th refill being free at PFJ. Swung me hard to Loves.

When I started here just a few short months ago, I asked JCT about the 5:1 PFJ driver reward points I heard about here and was told by that guy (don't remember his name - think it was John, but don't hold me to that) in Fuel, that JCT and our deal w/ PFJ didn't have anything to do w/ driver reward points. Just the cash price and nickel rebate. That's triggered swiping our EFS card. Driver Reward points are triggered and done entirely via PFJ and swiping their Rewards Card is what triggers that. Makes sense to a dumb Aminal. Two separate systems. Price and Rewards. Two cards and each triggering each on each. Logical.

I STILL keep hearing about JCT getting 5:1 Driver Rewards at PFJ, though. PLEASE help me figure out how to get THAT. Eight and five is 13 and that swings four more than nine does with me and four more per gallon is well worth my loyalty; despite my dislike and dis-trust of the owner of the Cleveland Browns. Business is business. Right?! I don't have to like the guy to do business with him if it nets me four more cents per gallon. Know what I mean. Does me no good if I can't get it, though. So to anyone out there; How do I get the elusive 5:1 JCT Driver Rewards at PFJ?

I've had the same PFJ card for 3 years now. The moment I I got fuel from there with JCT I had the 5x points. It was automatic.

Is your card registered? Maybe an unregistered card don't collect the 5x points.
