    Me too! I'm going up the 23rd and I've been wanting it to be sooner, at first I was planning for the end of February but they didn't have the truck I wanted, they only had 2012 ex Roehl trucks to choose from and I didn't feel good about that, so Jolene told me I'd have to wait until April 20th for a 2016 cascadia, I didn't want to wait that long so I asked if they had any kenworths 680's available, and they had a few 2016's ready for the 23rd, so I jumped on it. I have been saving money for awhile in preparation to either go through sFI or buy my own, but I feel a lot better going through SFI.

    I've been followingthe choice threads for several months now...of course when I come I will still follow as well as start my own thread because I'll be primarily running tx,la,ok...for.most part...I will run to the Midwest occasionally like chicago and out west too....

    When the contract is up on the distribution deal im gonna be in a world of hurt. I've gotten used to the staff at the this one shipper I don't even want to run anywhere else. That for load to ny or jersey is gonna make me cry.

    I've developed a relationship with this customer i get info i know customer service doesn't, you guys think cs can use me somehow to make service better with this customer?

    Why is service suffering. Are we in danger of losing it? Only way you could help is to be on time every time and until you can drive more than 1 truck at once all you can do is make sure you're on time every time.
