What do you mean ONLY real problems.Thats quite the list. You should have done your research before getting your CDL because as I see it,you're stuck with a worthless CDL.Please let us know if there are any companies that is willing to overlook your record.

If the trucking school you went to (to the o/p) did they mention to you that these accidents may hinder your job search, or was it said that it was your car, it don't matter?

Tell you what, if you don't find a job, find a lawyer and sue them for your money back, as they lied to you, or falsely misrepresented the facts.

I think you should work at McD's instead! Lol. Fries please!!!

Seriously, the 5 over isn't a deal breaker. The brake failure accident won't be a deal breaker. The rollover, however, might be. Pull your license report. See what's on it. You may have to get the accident report and let company safety see it. Good luck, it might not be easy, but if you really want to drive, it's worth trying.

    Too fast for conditions?

Oh yeah, I can see all the companies clamoring to hire someone with that.

    Failure to stop?

Oh yeah, they need drivers that don't stop.

    5 mph over?

    BAM, you're hired!

The major issue is this shows a pattern. It may take a while.

Might be some places that would hire you, but probably not a training company or anywhere else most would want to work.

A company handling municipal waste and water treatment by-products may get you driving. You'd need tanker endorsement.

What type of vehicle did you roll, again?

I would have tossed the app with the 5 over and the failure to stop accident, the roll over wouldn't bother me. The 5 over shows a speeding problem, the failure to stop a distraction issue.
