    CSA 10 points for Out of Service. High value offense. No defense your driver submitted 2 logs for the same day with different information on each. I have yet to figure out why the issue with 34 hr reset you go off duty 34 hrs or later come back to on duty status no flags needed no notes if graph is done properly it tells the officer what driver was doing.

    Hope that helps you out. Send driver to a course on how to complete a log book or get ELD.

    We did contact OOIDA, we are members. They said to use DataQ. But that really wasn't much help.

    Scottied67 "rule says, can only put 2 or more logs on one page if the duty status stays the same for the entire 24 hours or 168 hours..." Can you tell me that rule citation?
